CORPORATE/INTERIM FINANCE DIRECTOR SERVICES
Opus Health Capital offer finance services for growing healthcare companies. The services are headed up by Gavin Kaye, who has almost 20 years experience as a finance director of companies ranging from small owner-managed businesses up to fully-listed public company.
Gavin is supported by the other Opus team-members in each finance director assignment to ensure a fully comprehensive service is available for clients which includes:
- attendance at monthly board meetings
- involvement in preparation of annual budgets and updated forecasts during the year
- cash flow monitoring
- liaison with banks, accountants and lawyers
- advising the board on financial strategy
- assisting in plans for future fund-raising
- ad hoc project work as required
This is an increasingly popular service as it provides the same or higher level of advice for the Board provided by an experienced Finance Director without the requirement to take someone on at this level full-time.
