Opus Health Capital have established a subsidiary company, Opus Corporate Services, to service companies that do not operate within the health sector but can benefit from the expertise of the Opus team, its contacts and resources.
Opus Corporate services is run by Gavin Kaye together with Martin Stone an experienced corporate finance specialist, who has considerable expertise as finance director and lead adviser in numerous transactions since 1981.
