Gavin embarked on his Corporate Finance career in January 2005, after spending 15 years working as Finance Director or Chief Executive of three growing public companies - overseeing, during that time, a large number or acquisitions, disposals, rights issues, bank financing, corporate restructuring and financial strategy implementations. 

Gavin has a particularly strong knowledge of the AIM market having been involved in reversals, institutional fund-raising and in managing the growth plans of a number of AIM-listed companies. He also has experience of running a number of his own private companies. Since 2005, Gavin has focused on interim finance director roles, fund-raising and advising predominantly healthcare companies on a range of M & A transactions - and has a wide network of clients, advisors and financier contacts within the healthcare sector.

Abigail joined Opus Health Capital in April 2008, having graduated from Durham University with an MSc in Corporate and International Finance.

Through varied industry experience Abigail has gained knowledge and expertise in a wide range of corporate finance activities and business sectors. Abigail is currently working towards professional qualifications in corporate finance and investment management.

Vic has worked on a variety of corporate finance projects over the last 15 years including acquisitions, disposals, company valuations and fund raising.  He has also undertaken interim finance director positions with several companies in the service sector.

Vic has strong expertise in the area of financial modelling and business plans and has worked on several consultancy based projects in the health sector.
